  • Working with Em Dub Design has been an outstanding experience all around. The team is easy to work with, highly knowledgeable, and has excellent communication. They listen to our concerns and come up with creative design solutions. In the end, Em Dub Design handily delivered a solid plan that’s cost effective, maintenance friendly, and within budget. It is always a pleasure working with the Em Dub Design team and I look forward to working with them again on future City of Englewood projects.

  • We hired Matt and Em Dub Design, LLC to design a dog park for one of our resident facilities. We had never worked with his firm before, but they stood out during the public RFP process for their wealth of dog park experience and their intimate knowledge of Denver’s urban neighborhoods. We couldn’t be happier with our selection. We appreciate Matt’s ability to connect with community stakeholders, and listen to and synthesize numerous viewpoints and expectations. Throughout the project, Matt brought creative ideas that ultimately helped us realize our 3 key requirements of a dog park, community gardens, and shade. We would gladly recommend Matt and Em Dub, and look forward to working with them on future projects ourselves.

  • I want to personally thank you for all your efforts on the Happy Canyon Creek Stabilization project in Surrey Ridge…Your efforts in developing the landscape construction drawings and assistance in developing the contract documents along with your construction oversight really helped us complete the project successfully. I have received a number of compliments from the residents of Surrey Ridge… It was really a pleasure to work with you on this project and I look forward to working with you on future projects.

  • Singing Hills has had the pleasure of working with Em Dub Design on two projects over the past couple of years. The most recent project was Jason Park for the City of Englewood. The plans and coordination that Matt Wilgenbusch and his team provided were second-to-none! The plan set provided at bid for Jason Park detailed every aspect of the project. The existing conditions were clearly called out and minimal pre-bid site visits were needed. The specifications were logical, clear, and matched the City’s standard specifications at the time of submittal. The grading and layout pages were clear and could readily be executed in the field. The detail pages addressed all of the additional questions we had at bid and construction. The overall site, landscape and irrigation plans showed us how the project was meant to come together and highlighted the thoughtfulness, investigation and preparation that Em Dub Design put into the design! I strongly believe that the exceptional plans Em Dub Design created led to a single-digit bid differential, zero change orders on the project, and a final product that the City and contractor are proud of.

  • We threw a tough challenge at the Em Dub team, to figure out a plan to irrigate new park landscape areas using an existing system that was already at capacity. It was cost-prohibitive to start over with a new design and system, so the Em Dub team dove in and figured out how to successfully modify and adapt the existing system. Their process was thorough, and the team demonstrated a strong understanding of equipment, hydrology, and limitations. Their knowledge and attention to detail have really made our projects shine. I also appreciated their collaborative approach. They took the time to discuss the system with those who know it best, our maintenance personnel, and made sure any proposed solutions didn’t negatively affect future maintenance.
