Project Overview:
Em Dub Design assisted the Owner and civil engineers with landscape design, theming, and irrigation design for a 2-phase, 100-lot development in Berthoud, CO. The proposed large single family lots have beautiful views of the front range foothills and the development is situated adjacent to Berthoud Parkway. Em Dub worked closely with the developer and client to design landscape buffering along the Parkway frontage, open space and a pocket park for residents to enjoy, and future regional trail connections from the adjacent Parkway. Em Dub also assisted in developing monumentation (entry signage) and theming elements based on the selected name of “Harvest” and a modern farmhouse look.
